Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our services as on-site contractual agricultural services, refund or return policies do not apply once the service has been rendered or the execution process has commenced.

Exception: Regarding Date Export Contracting Services, cancellation or refund requests may be submitted subject to the following conditions:

– The cancellation request must be submitted prior to the shipping or exporting of the product.

– The client has the right to cancel if the product does not meet the required specifications; however, the cancellation request must be submitted before shipping.

– In the event a deposit has been paid and there is no valid reason for cancellation, any incurred operational or administrative costs will be deducted from the amount.

– Once shipping or exporting has been completed, returns or refunds are no longer possible.
