Provisions Concerning Sizing
- MINIMUM SIZE
Size is determined by the count per kilogram. The count shall not be over
125 fruits per kg.
- SIZE CLASSIFICATION
Barni Mabroom dates from AlUla are designated as to size names in accordance
with the following chart:
In a same lot, 92% minimum of the fruits shall be of the same size;
In a same lot, the tolerance for fruits of a size outside of the defined range
is 8% maximum.
